Why "Trigger Happy"

I often get the same reaction when I utter the words "Trigger Happy" and then further explain that it's a firearm instruction company. People usually respond by asking why I would choose such an "abrasive" name and why wouldn't I go with something more common like "Practical Solutions". Trigger Happy is not meant to be taken literally. Over the last few years I've found myself facing constant life-altering decisions. I made this radical decision to do whatever I felt like doing at the moment. Some of those decisions led me to the lowest times of my life but most of those choices brought me the greatest joy and took me on the most fulfilling journey of self-discovery I could imagine. I believe most people come to a crossroad and dwell in a state of indecision for fear of choosing the wrong path. I think that's a waste of time. I want to experience all the highs and lows of life. I'd rather fail knowing that I attempted something great than to rest in mediocrity wondering "what if". I believe in "pulling the trigger". So when I say "trigger happy", I mean living without fear and regret. I mean acknowledging that the universe is constantly aligning itself so that you can be exactly where you're supposed to be. I mean jumping off the figurative cliff and figuring out how to fly. I live by the words of Robert H. Shuller, "What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?"
